ABOUT Tenielle
Hi Guys!

My name is Tenielle Adderley and I am from the beautiful Island of The Bahamas, Nassau. I grew up constantly being involved in sports and school activities like speech club, debate team, soccer, and I even secured the title of Head Prefect of the entire school, (It was a very small school in Nassau). It was during my high school years where I learnt the true meaning of the saying, "There's a time to play, and there's a time to work", and having a full schedule of activities on top of school, learning that was crucial. I loved watching America's Next Top Model growing up and the hit tv shows played a huge part in what my passion for modeling and fashion is today. I got invited to be apart of my very first pageant and though it wasn't ANTM, I took that opportunity to enter a dream world I didn't recognized had existed. I went on to achieve second and first runner up at the start of my journey, but won my very first title the third go round, as Miss Supermodel of The Bahamas. I guess that's what they mean when they say third time's a charm right? I was still in high school during the time of all three pageants, but still managed to graduated top tier of my school, and Salutatorian of the entire graduating class. After what was the most exciting and eventful times of my high school life, I settled down and went off to college...
Platform Aspiration
I spent my first two years out of high school at The College of The Bahamas studying Business Administration: Marketing. I later transferred to the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and obtained a dual BFA degree in Fashion Design, with a minor in Menswear Tailoring and Fashion Marketing & Management. During my earlier stages of competing in beauty pageants, my platform was focused around Marine Life and keeping our beautiful waters pure, so that every animal of the sea can have a safe home. Whilst it is still my goal to protect Marine life, it is my hope to incorporate my education into the responsibility of giving back to others. In being a beauty queen title holder, I aspire to travel the world to have a hands on experience in creating textiles and pieces that can be given to families and single mothers in need. I aspire to gather materials and resources from each country I visit to develop pieces and products that can be given back to the families in need of those specific countries.

I hope to inspire, educate, and motivate young girls growing up to be their self and to love, and believe in their dreams and aspirations. I want to teach them how to find their inner beauty by accepting who they are and how to have courage in themselves. Many young girls of all different ethnicities grow up without guidance on self acceptance and self worth and it is hurtful to see them grow into women who feel that there is no hope in life or a better future for women. As a beauty queen titleholder I wish to change the way many girls see themselves and teach them how to love themselves first.
